We are looking to recruit an experienced office administrator to join us in our expanding, friendly office for 32 hours per week, over 4 days, Monday to Thursday. The applicant must be flexible as additional hours may be required to cover holidays or sickness.
A pay review will follow a successful 3 month trial period.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Electronic scanning and filing
- Raising customer invoices & receipting payments using Sage
- Bank reconciliations
- Sorting & franking various postal items
- Arranging courier deliveries/collections
- Dealing with customers over the telephone
- Booking lorries in/out on a logistics portal
- Quick start available for the right candidate
- Own transport required due to the location of the site
Administrative Duties:
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
Financial Duties:
- Invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
- Receipts
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week

Experience:
- Customer Service: 4 years (preferred)
- Sage 50: 1 year (preferred)
